Being raised in an agricultural family has
provided me with a great deal of first-hand experience in dealing
with farm and ranch economics. After college, I continued my passion
for the outdoors by co-founding a fishing destination in Alaska,
which still operates today.
Trying to find a niche that would incorporate my agricultural
background with my outdoor passion, I joined the Whitney Land
Company team specializing in large ranch, irrigated/dryland farms,
and recreational properties. I have successfully brokered
transactions ranging from timbered ranches to apartment complexes.
Currently, I serve on the board of directors for a 15,000-acre
row-crop operation and local water rights/irrigation panels which
keeps me current with the Columbia Basin’s agricultural issues.
When it comes to buying, selling, developing or exchanging
Agricultural or Commercial properties “results” is the name of the
game. I have produced “results” generated by expertise based
on research, knowledge and market experience by being directly
involved in over 51 million dollars in real estate transactions in
just over 4 years.
I have participated and developed business plans for economic
expansion to northeastern Oregon by establishing permanent crops
under intense irrigation.
My passion for the outdoors has resulted recognition in both “The
Boone and Crocket Club” and “The Pope and Young” records books.
I have a true understanding of the value of recreation properties
and the future opportunities they provide.
My reputation as a hard-working, task-oriented broker whose
accountability comes first is well known.
